Feet: Part III... Health from the ground up!
I’ve got a question for you…… when was the last time you went barefoot 👣…..outside…. and on the regular? If you’ve never been one to go barefoot, this may be an important clue for your foot health AND your overall physical and emotional wellbeing.
Certainly you’ve heard the terminology, “He (or she) is well grounded.” What does being “well grounded” feel like? Here’s the clue….”Well groundedness” is the feeling of being VIBRANTLY healthy!
Calm. Cool. Collected.
Does this sound like you? If not, a little regular “grounding” is good medicine for everyone!
What is grounding? Grounding is direct contact of the skin, usually the feet (or hands) with the surface of the earth (or through a grounding system). Grounding is a method of healing that has been used for thousands of years all over the world. Sadly, in industrialized cultures, it has mostly been ignored or forgotten.
Very simply…. the earth 🌎is electromagnetic and so are we! We are designed by God to live exposed to the earth’s natural electrical field regularly. Unfortunately, most of the industrialized countries live more surrounded by stronger, harmful man made electromagnetic frequencies, and spend very little time in direct contact with the healing frequencies from the earth. Long term exposure to manmade EMF without grounding regularly ultimately contributes mightily to many health issues…. especially those that are neurological, cardiovascular, muscular, or immune system based. 😔 I would argue that one of the most electrically unhealthy places to be is in a hospital bed surrounded by electrical devices.
Decades ago, shoes were leather soled. This allowed the transfer of the earth’s healing energy to a person. Rubber and plastic on the other hand are insulators and inhibit the transfer of energy. Centuries ago, most people slept on pallets on the ground. Many cultures today still do…. but rarely in modernized countries. Sadly, in some areas of the world, people go for days or weeks never interacting with nature, much less going barefoot IN a natural setting.
There’s definitely a time and a place for shoes, but as in all things, finding balance between booted and barefoot is where we often fail. Over the centuries, shoes👠👟 have both solved problems and created them. I am a firm believer that God did indeed give us all we needed in the garden, which means there had to be a simple solution to foot health outside of a pair of $200 orthotics. Indeed, God created us to be predominately barefooted beings and science agrees!
Proven health benefits of regular “grounding” include:

Grab a book, a friend, or simply enjoy sitting and relaxing in the outdoors barefoot. Go for a walk on a beach. Garden with your bare hands. Sit in a chair with your bare feet on the ground. Leave your electronics indoors! ….. Remember, the object is to rebalance the body’s electricity. It’s much harder to do that if you’ve got a cell phone in your hands!
*Studies show that a mere 30 minutes a day of grounding has a profound effect on overall wellness!
Additionally, simply walking barefoot:
➡️Trains the body to walk more naturally
➡️Improves body balance
➡️As in reflexology, pressure points in the feet are activated
➡️Strengthens foot and leg muscles (engages all muscles in feet, toes, and legs instead of relying on shoes to do it for you)

Grounding and barefoot walking are two gifts of health we can give ourselves easily and inexpensively. (Do some digging on this powerful and stealthy oil!)
👉Lavender.... what can I say? It's a Swiss army knife in the oil world. If you aren't sure which oil to grab, 99 times out of 100, Lavender will do the trick! And 15mls on this one friends! ......because you can never have too much lavender in the house! Can I get an Amen??
👉Clary Sage.... it's not just for gals (although gals, it may become your BFF if you need a little assist during "that time of the month" or your spouse or significant other says you have bit of inner dragon * during certain times of the month.)
Historically speaking, this plant was used to draw thorns and splinters from the skin. I don't know about you, but thorns and splinters still exist.... just ask a farmgirl or farm guy 😂. Did you know.... Clary sage also plays a role in supporting the immune system, calming digestive disorders, and supporting a healthy inflammatory response (especially on the skin?...... perhaps adding a couple drops to your DIY skin serum may be in order? 😉)

A clue means next to nothing if it is singular….. You’ll need at least a few clues if you are to be sure you are headed down the right path.
Since we are only in the embryonic stages of becoming your own health detective, here are a few quick self assessment tools every good health detective needs:
*Honesty: If you are to be your own health detective, it’s important to acknowledge lifestyle choices and known consequences. The “it won’t happen to me” mindset will never work….nor will the hypochondriac’s lament. If you are going to do the detective work, be honest with yourself…...using your clues to improve your wellness quotient thru diet, lifestyle changes and using supplements (and/or YL essential oils) when you suspect support is needed will go a long way to turning back the physiological clock.
*Labwork: Every adult should have bloodwork done annually (more often if there is a visible problem). Even the uninsured or “undoctored” can get bloodwork done without seeing a doctor (message me if you’d like help doing this). I’ll cover what I consider “essential” labwork in a future post, so at the very least you’ll know what labs to request your doctor run for you.
*One clue does not make a dis-ease or a diagnosis. #clustercluesforthewin
*How do you feel? Think this over. Do you feel great most days? If your answer hovers more around the “meh” answer, here’s where you’ll want to start. There are many many posts within this group that addresses supportive measures for most of these topics:
👉Do you get enough sleep?
👉Do you exercise vigorously and regularly?
👉Do you know your recent blood pressure and blood sugar numbers?
👉Do you have a “healthy” bowel movement daily?
👉Do you eat in a healthy manner?
👉Do you have a close set of friends, participate in life fully, attend church?
👉Do you laugh often and enjoy life?
👉Do you avoid vices? (smoking and regular alcohol consumption especially)
*Consider keeping a health journal. Write down your clues as you find them. This will be very helpful to you as you learn how to be a better CEO of Y.O.U Incorporated in 2021, and will also help you decide which supplements or oils might need to be on your monthly “must haves” for 2021.
*Know your limits. If you have found several clues pointing to a significant health issue, please contact your preferred health professional. Naturopaths, Integrative medicine doctors, and functional medicine doctors are my personal first choice as they tend to look beyond the symptoms and address the root cause.
Last week I read several comments when discussing less than prominent lunula..... Fewer than 8 prominent lunula may be an indication of low cellular oxygen, poor circulation, a chronically weakened immune system, a possible thyroid disorder, or a Vitamin B12 Deficiency. A total of 2 vaccine enrolled participants died. Both were over 55yrs old (not being reported by mainstream media).
😵Non fatal "bonus" effects noted:
@6:00 British regulatory committee (our FDA equivalent) recommend people who have had serious allergic reactions to medicines, vaccines, or food avoid the vaccine. Pregnant women and children have also been advised against taking the shot.
@7:30 no studies have been performed regarding ‘rona va((ine and interaction with any medications people might be on. (My thoughts: I would find this particularly troubling with the medications classified as biologics…. And often used in autoimmune disorders)
@8:05 Effects on Fertility: Unknown. No tests have been done on pregnant women. (My thoughts:...... and therefore, their offspring. Logic is important here!)
@8:42 4 early vax volunteers developed Bell’s Palsy (partial paralysis of one side of face)

@12:00 yay. Govt regulators (ie: FDA) have plans to closely monitor the va((inated over the next two years…. Ie: expect surveillance of the jabbed.
@12:45 Important: slide/graphic of possible adverse event outcomes. (My thoughts: compare these long term side effects with a short term infection of the 99.97% survival rate ‘rona and come to your own conclusions).

This is one of the large reasons I left corporate retail pharmacy in September. I made a pledge to do no harm ….ie: Hippocratic oath…. when I became a pharmacist 30 years ago. My oath is my word, and I would rather not be paid than to go against that oath.)
@17:30 Reminder--- There is no liability for vaccine manufacturers thanks to a law that went into effect in 1986.... only a fund paid for by taxpayers that is woefully inadequate for those who are injured for life..... vaccine makers get off scotfree regardless of outcome. (My thoughts: that’s right folks……. If you or a loved one are injured by a vaccine, there is no real compensation plan in place. This would be like driving thru Dallas during rush hour on a daily basis, and no drivers having any liability insurance. You are #onyourown should you choose to say yes to the vaks)

Roughly 1/3 of the US population has at least occasional problems either falling asleep or staying asleep, and over time, sleeplessness will become a tremendous health problem if not addressed properly. (emphasis on the properly!)
There are more than 2 handfuls of common reasons why people have trouble sleeping (way more than I can cover here today).
What's concerning are the number of people who ultimately turn to prescription medication to help get a "good night's " sleep. We have been conditioned to believe that if a doctor writes a prescription, the benefits surely outweigh the risks. While this is sometimes true, it's not always the case. "Sleeping pills" are what we call 'fast movers' in pharmacy.... ie: they are a popular item.
Not so fast.... let's take a look at a few lesser known truths about some common (Ambien, Klonopin, Lunesta, Restoril, Xanax, Sonata) prescription sleep aids:
😴None of these are approved by the FDA for long term use, yet people are on them for years.
The sleep achieved using any of these is not natural, refreshing, or restorative. The sleep you get is an artificial sleep and your body recognizes the difference. Our body does its repairing and recovering during "natural sleep", and that doesn't happen to any appreciable degree when using the above medications. (In addition, by their very definition, they are an additional toxin the body must now work extra hard to clean out.)
😴All of the above prescription meds also block the body from being able to produce melatonin (the very hormone that helps us sleep). This is one of the reasons this group of prescription medications become addictive.... because your body produces less and less melatonin the longer you are on them.
😴Melatonin "deficiency" is a bigger problem than just not being able to sleep without a pill.... normal melatonin levels are necessary for immune function, having energy throughout the day, having healthy breast tissue, effective brain function, supports healthy cardiovascular function, improved GUT (yes!) health, eye health, and pancreas function (Just to name a few! 😍)
😴Additionally, several of these prescription sleep aids also deplete a body's stores of Calcium and Vitamin D over time (which will ultimately affect your bones and about 400 other necessary functions in the body) 😬
I am thankful that we have natural choices instead of that which is advertised as 'simple' solutions in nearly every form of mainstream media you see.

For whatever reason, the Lord has put sharing vaccine knowledge on my heart this week. I really just wanted to post about cats and kittens 😂😂🐱🐈, but apparently someone needs this info instead. 😘
Great assessment in this video and quick tidbits:
* Pfizer announced their vaccine "candidate (BNT162b2) was more than 90% effective in Phase 3 trials. (recall my post from earlier this week: effectiveness does not assume safe-ness)
* Tho announced, data has not been peer reviewed or published... both steps are crucial. (key!.... take everything with a grain of salt)
* No information was released regarding how people of different age groups fared with the vaccine....
* It generally takes 10-12 years for a vaccine to be developed and assessed for safety. There simply is no way to assure safety without giving time to have outcomes. #Russianroulette
* Even Pfizer has acknowledged "disease enhancement" is a real risk. It's known as "antibody dependent enhancement ADE. In these situations, the vaccine actually enhances viral infections resulting in more severe dis-ease than had you not been vaccinated. (again.... it generally takes 10-12 years for the safety profile of a vaccine to be established).
* (at about the 8 minute mark on the video) Vitamin D finally brought into the picture in some countries! FINALLY. Countries that have been supplementing their population with Vitamin D3 have overall suppressed mortality (death) rates....... AND!!!! ....... it also suppresses the severity of the cov1d disease itself (ie: quicker recovery and milder symptoms)

* What is going on in countries and states where the governmentally assigned "health managers" speak nothing of low cost supplements (ie: Vit D3, natural sources of Vit C, melatonin, quercetin, zinc ) as a means of suppressing the odds of getting CV2020? **** Also of note (and not included in the video), upon Pfizer's announcement that their v@x showed 90% effectiveness, the CEO of Pfizer sold 62% of his stock (worth about $5.6 million). This makes me wonder what he knows that the rest of us don't know?

I've been praying for you! Our bodies are so incredibly amazing, aren't they???...... especially when they have the right ingredients to create a recipe for healthy success!
I hear some of you tho.... it may seem so overwhelming to #doallthethings. It was for me too 🙋♀️when I first began realizing I had the personal power to heal on my own 20 years ago.
Remember a few key things:
1. Is your garbage pail full? Stop putting garbage in!!! (evidence of that is nearly all chronic diseases, skin disorders, emotional disorders, etc)..... you've GOT to quit adding toxins to your "household" (ie: body) if you truly want to kickstart the healing process.
2. Start taking the garbage out. This means you are working towards gently detoxing your body. There are many ways to do this, and each way does not serve an person in the same manner. ( 👉 See Step #8!)
3. Sleep. Absolutely crucial that you get 7-8 hours of sleep each night. If you have problems achieving that #.... message me.
4. Exercise. You CAN do this.... there is an exercise program for every single situation. No excuses.
5. Hydration.... by this I mean water. Clean, pure water and lots of it.
6. Mind work.... If you find "taking out the toxins" hard to think about, perhaps focus on the reason why. You are a person of value and worth.💗 Toxins create personal limitations and it is life limiting to allow them to dictate your life and limit your potential! #thisis100percenttrue Loving ourselves enough to treat ourselves with kindness and respect (not in a spirit of enablement) is a HUGE part of self healing both physically and emotionally.
7. Thorough labwork. This is an important piece that often gets overlooked.
8. Find a guide... a scout.... someone who has walked the walk and knows the path well. So much can be done inside the walls of our own homes and thru ZOOM if meeting in person is logistically hard. 💗

Take a breather whenever you can. Change your masks out several times daily if you must wear a mask.
