This is my favorite event of the year.... it was a vision Terry (one of my bff's) and I had 5 years ago, and each year it just gets better and better as we work to empower women in all the ways! Living a life of "meh or okay-ness" is not how we are supposed to live according to the word of God.
We are always sold out at this event.... next year, our 5th annual, is already in planning stages and we are strongly considering a "retreat style" 2-3 day event. It's time to kick it up a notch for year 5! 💥❤💥❤💥
About 4 years ago, I asked God to help give me a business plan/model that would honor Him, allow me to serve others using the gifts He has given me, and empower others to do the same.
The result was not so much a plan, but a daily🙏 prayer:
"Lord, bring me people who need healing... whether that be physical, emotional, spiritual, financial, or in community." Each year, Guns 'n Poses is a celebration and reminder for me, and hopefully, for others too, that God is faithful in all the ways if only we seek Him and come together in a supportive and loving community.
I am blessed beyond measure, and I hope that paying it forward inspires others to do the same. THIS is how we change the world😘.
This last week has been a blur of education for me. Raise your hand🙋♀️🙋♂️🙋 if you've ever been to a Young Living Farm... and which one(s) you've been to! We have 3 in the USA (in Utah, and 2 in Idaho) and many more all over the world. I've been to 5 so far and dream of someday making it to every single one of them!
This was a special trip for many reasons. We were able to stay on the farms in one of the cabins (a very sweet and memorable experience). We were there for raindrop training..... "What is Raindrop ?" .... so glad you asked!
Imagine a farmer preparing the soil for a crop of goodness...... All that is done for the soil to make it ready for healthy abundant plants. That's.... in a nutshell.... a metaphor for the Raindrop. Think of it as clean healthy fertilizer for the immune system (and so much more!😍).
I have undervalued this Very Important Tool, and I suspect that you may have too. But no more.... now that I know! We have the tools friends..... we only need to know how to use them!
PS.... I failed to mention that over half the people in attendance were health care professionals. Yep folks..... Western medicine peeps are slowly waking up to the benefits our oils have to offer!🙌🙌🙌
Feet: Part III... Health from the ground up!
I’ve got a question for you…… when was the last time you went barefoot 👣…..outside…. and on the regular? If you’ve never been one to go barefoot, this may be an important clue for your foot health AND your overall physical and emotional wellbeing.
Certainly you’ve heard the terminology, “He (or she) is well grounded.” What does being “well grounded” feel like? Here’s the clue….”Well groundedness” is the feeling of being VIBRANTLY healthy!
Calm. Cool. Collected.
Does this sound like you? If not, a little regular “grounding” is good medicine for everyone!
What is grounding? Grounding is direct contact of the skin, usually the feet (or hands) with the surface of the earth (or through a grounding system). Grounding is a method of healing that has been used for thousands of years all over the world. Sadly, in industrialized cultures, it has mostly been ignored or forgotten.
Very simply…. the earth 🌎is electromagnetic and so are we! We are designed by God to live exposed to the earth’s natural electrical field regularly. Unfortunately, most of the industrialized countries live more surrounded by stronger, harmful man made electromagnetic frequencies, and spend very little time in direct contact with the healing frequencies from the earth. Long term exposure to manmade EMF without grounding regularly ultimately contributes mightily to many health issues…. especially those that are neurological, cardiovascular, muscular, or immune system based. 😔 I would argue that one of the most electrically unhealthy places to be is in a hospital bed surrounded by electrical devices.
Decades ago, shoes were leather soled. This allowed the transfer of the earth’s healing energy to a person. Rubber and plastic on the other hand are insulators and inhibit the transfer of energy. Centuries ago, most people slept on pallets on the ground. Many cultures today still do…. but rarely in modernized countries. Sadly, in some areas of the world, people go for days or weeks never interacting with nature, much less going barefoot IN a natural setting.
There’s definitely a time and a place for shoes, but as in all things, finding balance between booted and barefoot is where we often fail. Over the centuries, shoes👠👟 have both solved problems and created them. I am a firm believer that God did indeed give us all we needed in the garden, which means there had to be a simple solution to foot health outside of a pair of $200 orthotics. Indeed, God created us to be predominately barefooted beings and science agrees!
Proven health benefits of regular “grounding” include:

📋Decreased stress response / improved cortisol rhythm (which helps us shift more easily from “fight & flight” to “rest and digest”)

How to practice grounding?👣 It’s so very easy! Soil, grass, sand, rocks, or unpainted concrete are all conductive grounding surfaces, while wood, asphalt, rubber, and vinyl are not. Grab a book, a friend, or simply enjoy sitting and relaxing in the outdoors barefoot. Go for a walk on a beach. Garden with your bare hands. Sit in a chair with your bare feet on the ground. Leave your electronics indoors! ….. Remember, the object is to rebalance the body’s electricity. It’s much harder to do that if you’ve got a cell phone in your hands!
*Studies show that a mere 30 minutes a day of grounding has a profound effect on overall wellness!
Additionally, simply walking barefoot:
➡️Trains the body to walk more naturally
➡️Improves body balance
➡️As in reflexology, pressure points in the feet are activated
➡️Strengthens foot and leg muscles (engages all muscles in feet, toes, and legs instead of relying on shoes to do it for you)
➡️Reduced hip and knee pain
➡️Reduces incidence of calluses, ingrown toenails, bunions, hammer toes and foot funk fungus
➡️Improves foot flexibility
Grounding and barefoot walking are two gifts of health we can give ourselves easily and inexpensively. If at first your feet object to freedom, consider simply sitting with your feet in the grass (don’t forget to use Young Living’s MOST AMAZING nontoxic Insect Repellent… a little dab'll do ya’!). If your feet have been screaming for years, be patient with the process, but don’t give up!

When mainstream universities start publishing news like this, it's a harbinger of truth that bears noting. Please, do all the things you can do to protect yourself from your cell phone radiation. One of the biggest things is to keep the phone away from your head. Those wireless ear buds are sending EMF right to the brain which sets your brain up for failure (in potentially both small and big ways).

Do you utilize vitaflex/reflexology points on your hands, feet, and even ears👂 when you apply essential oils? Do you have an excellent massage therapist who is able to make you feel better both physically and emotionally after a nice long appointment? Have you ever employed the powerful tool of acupuncture or acupuncture point based therapy as a means of retaining or regaining health or function?
Or, are you just not sure “those things” are real? As a 100% science minded health professional, I needed some strong evidence….. After all, these applications are not taught in the Western medicine education system. So, as any good doubting Thomas would do, I set out not to disprove what I didn’t understand..... but to dig for validation and information of what was confounding me! Never discount something because it doesn’t make sense to you or doesn’t fit the mold you’ve been taught! Dig until you find the truth. My own digging has led me through many books, conferences, professional journal articles, and pubmed…. and through these…. Hard facts and data.
We are energetic beings. Energy⚡️ is measured by the rate of oscillation of an electrical current (measured in hertz/ Hz). The rate of this oscillation of current is called frequency. EEG’s and EKG’s are measuring the frequency of the brain and heart respectively. Those are only two organs….. The entire body is one big energy frequency machine! ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
Acupuncture is based on 14 energetic meridians in the body. (For ease of discussion, I will refer to them as rivers) If one of those energy “rivers” (meridians) becomes stagnant, damaged or “clogged”, the entire “river” will be affected. Over time, that damaged “river” flow will cause pain, dis-ease or dysfunction within the parts of the body it runs through. As that meridian becomes more damaged, it will begin to affect other meridian functions too.
The role teeth play within a body’s energy circuits is one of the most important clues I will write about. This is where physics meets biology! Our teeth are crystalline structures, and they act as a circuit breaker for the meridians in our body. A decayed tooth or a root canal (which actually leaves residual decay behind even when patched up) acts as a resistor on the specific electrical circuit, and eventually, this will show up as pain, dysfunction, or illness somewhere else in the body along the same meridian (river). Interestingly, over 90% of malignancies are associated with a root canal or decayed tooth on the same meridian.
The easiest way to utilize teeth as clues for both present and future health concerns is to reference a chart. ( I will include an example of one below this article).I often use teeth as a clue to “root cause” and “root prevention”. Pun intended!
Let’s take my 1st upper molar as an example. If I had a root canal or untended cavity in that particular tooth, over time, the frequency would drop within the stomach meridian of my body. Because I know my frequency is now prone to dropping in the stomach meridian, I would pay special attention to, and support all of the corresponding organs and tissues in an effort to prevent future dis-ease and dysfunction. (Refer to the chart )
* I would watch my thyroid numbers closely thru comprehensive annual (if not more frequent) thyroid labwork, and support my thyroid function as needed with Young Living’s Thyromin capsules and/or Endoflex essential oil blend.
* I would also make sure my liver, pancreas and stomach had the tools they needed to function efficiently. Digestive enzymes (Detoxzyme or EssentialZymes-4 are my two favorites), and Juvatone capsules for liver support on the regular!
* I’d work to keep my body well hydrated, exercise, and avoid medication that is particularly hard on the kidneys (ex: Ibuprofen and other NSAIDS).
* I’d know that my weakest point on my spine was potentially going to be where the thoracic vertebrae meets the lumbar portion of the spine, and I would work to keep it strong, healthy, and flexible thru exercise focusing on core strength and flexibility.
* I’d know that my jaw and knee joints would be things to keep an eye on and support accordingly to prevent injury.
* I’d know that my trunk muscles needed extra focus at the gym in terms of muscle groupings. #legday #BLMandSulfurzymeforthewin
* I’d want to support my maxillary sinus in a healthy way so that I don’t become prone to sinus infections. I would do this by diffusing all our healthy “breathing oils” and by using my home made (amazing!!!) nasal spray regularly.
All of these body parts I just mentioned are tied to the stomach meridian in the body, and they are going to need a little extra TLC to keep them healthy since the tooth itself is now working against the body.
Forewarned is forearmed, right?!? Using the health of specific teeth to determine how best to support your body is an easy and excellent way to hopefully sidestep potential issues elsewhere in your body in the future!

Good morning! As I stated in the post yesterday, when I decided to investigate frequency, I needed to be able to understand it in a way my science, and Christian ❤️ could understand it. I felt it was true, but frequency has gotten a bad rap for so long because it was embraced decades ago by the new age movement.... but God is the creator of ALL things, right? He is the origin of everything...... including vibrational frequency!

Today I want to talk about the Biblical principles of frequency. I'm not sure how many times our personal bodies are referred to as a temple, but the references are numerous!
✝️ I Cor 3:16-17 Do you not know that you are the Temple of the Holy Spirit who lives within you? If you defile the temple, you will be wasted and lose strength. For the Temple of God is holy, whose Temple you are.
If we have Christ in our hearts, we ARE the Temple.
Within that Temple (our body) is a lampstand. The Bible references the lampstand hundreds of times. The lampstand (sometimes called a menorah) has 7 candlesticks.
✝️ Exodus 25: 31-32 The Menorah shall be of one piece, and so too, its shaft (the center piece) and 3 branches on one side and 3 branches on the other side.
Additionally, God commanded that the 7 candlestick menorah be tended to daily:
✝️ Exodus 30: 7-8 And Aaron shall burn on it, sweet incense every morning; when he tends the lamps, he shall burn incense on it. And when Aaron lights the lamps at evening, he shall burn incense upon it, a perpetual incense before the Lord throughout your generations.
We are God's Temple! 🙌🙌🙌
We have to take care of that Temple or we will be wasted and lose strength.
We shall not defile the Temple (removing toxic thoughts, chemicals, and deeds)
There is a 7 candlestick menorah within the Temple (that is us). The shaft of the candlestick is our heart, and the other 6 are looping energy circuits in the body which I will discuss in a later post.
Notice the amount of time the Temple is to be filled with fragrant incense (think frankincense, myrrh, onycha, galbanum.... the oils of the Bible).... DAILY... at the very least, morning and night.
We are to take care of ourselves AND our personal lampstand needs to stay lit! (full of light, joy, and hope)
Furthermore, the 6 loops (of energy circuits) are commonly broken down into 12 electrical pathways within us. If you have ever used an acupuncturist, you may recognize the term "meridian". Interestingly, we have 12 of them... Just like there are.....

❤️ (the number 12 is referenced 187 times in the Bible)
Ya'll, we are very much a Temple designed by God so that He may live in us. Our very physical structure looks strikingly similar to the original Temple of the Old Testament. And our electrical circuitry in our body (which I will discuss in greater detail later) is very much likened to the 7 candlestick lampstand.
Nothing is by chance. We are designed to remain lit!

Today I want to talk a little bit about the electromagnetic blanket that covers our earth. 🌎
This “blanket” is a set of very low frequency electromagnetic waves. It is monitored by NASA and other organizations because the EMF’s (electromagnetic frequency) affects things like weather, earthquakes, and planetary sky events. ⚡️ Imagine that!! If small changes in these low EMF’s can affect the weather and be a contributing factor to an earthquake, do you see how the small changes can also affect us humans too?
A few more facts:
👉The base electromagnetic resonant frequency is 7.83Hz. This frequency was discovered by a physicist Winfried O. Schumann in 1952. This is why it’s called Schumann Resonance!
👉Coincidentally, 7.83Hz is also the ‘Alpha’ brainwave spectrum…. A relaxed and meditative (prayer) type of brainwave ( seen in EEG brainwave monitoring)
👉In 1954 Dr. Herbert Konig (University of Munich) discovered / proved that there was a correlation between the earth’s frequency and brain waves (by comparing EEG recordings with natural EMF’s of the environment)
👉Humans vibrate (energy…. frequency) between 5-10Hz
👉There was a 25 year study in Germany (1964 thru 1989) in a “bunker” environment… a total of 418 studies on 447 people.. Humans were shielded from any external time cues including variations in light, temperature and electromagnetic fields.
Findings from these studies?
“spontaneous internal desynchronization” affecting endocrine function & thyroid function depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders began to arise.
A decrease in melatonin production
Immune systems were compromised.
However, when a machine that resonates at 7.83Hz was placed in the bunker, the subjects found that their malaise and illnesses disappeared or were alleviated.
Based upon this 25 year study, it would appear that swings in solar- geomagnetic activity may truly affect sleep, thyroid, endocrine function, emotional health etc.
This isn’t surprising really…..
Frequency (the electrical activity in the body) is recognized in the western medical world....
We take ELECTROlytes, the electron transport chain (in the mitochondria) keeps us running.... and then there's the common tests: EEG, EKG etc that measure electricity (frequency) in the body.
So, What is a healthy frequency for us?
A healthy human body = 62-72MHz
Dis-ease begins when the body’s frequency drops below 58MHz.

Post #5 Corona Virus 101..... What we Know to be True about Viruses (aka... the care and feeding of a virus).
What?!? You don't want to care and feed a virus of any sort?
Well, then..... let's set the stage for what it might look like to create an inhospitable environment should a virus want to step foot into your personal space. 😉
Rest assured, we are NOT sitting ducks and there is much we can do.... beyond buying excess toilet paper! #dothethings
Plan of Action #1: Girl (or guy!), wash your hands. It is a well established fact that 20 seconds of a good full on hand washing (esp palms and fingers) does a stellar job of keeping you healthy. I (personally) follow that with a dab of the Thieves hand sanitizer. I was working at the pharmacy yesterday, and all the hand sanitizer is out of stock (we were discussing gluing the bottle we have at the pharmacy down so someone doesn't steal it 😳). Young Living's Thieves hand sanitizer is also currently out of stock .... but more should be available soon. In the meantime, here is a recipe you can make for yourself:
2/3 cup Everclear (the potent alcohol you'll need to get at the liquor store)
1/3 cup Aloe vera gel
8-10 drops of Thieves Essential oil ( please refer to Post #1 in this series and refer to the part about paper plates and turkey dinners.... only Young Living essential oils for me)
Mix all together thoroughly... use a small funnel and pour into a small bottle (reuse one you have or find a travel sized one at the store)
It's a well established fact that viruses don't like healthy habits!
Plan of Action #2: Viruses (frankly pretty much all illnesses!) thrive in low frequency environments. For some of you.... this will mean a great deal, but for others.... the concept of frequency will make no sense. Let me explain in simple science.... it's all about electricity/ physics and biology. We humans (actually everything!) operates on electricity.... we are electrically charged.
Frequency is a term used when referring to electrical energy. Even if you are not a science aficionado, follow me for the next 10 seconds here ('cause this ain't 'woo woo' stuff)......
*Frequency is the measure of the rate of the oscillation (of electrical current) and is measured in the number of changes per second - it's also called hertz (Hz).
Everything has a frequency.... even we humans. The health of the human body is determined by where we are electrically. Certain parts of our body are even measured medically..... (think EEG's and EKG's). Overall, it is generally established that our body needs to be at a variable frequency between 62-72 to be healthy.
Viruses and bacteria hate this by the way.... it makes it very difficult for them to set up camp......Viruses start pitching their tents when your body's frequency drops to 57-60 MHz.
So...... what can you and I do to raise our body's frequency and/or keep it functioning in a healthy manner?
Positive thoughts and positive emotions. There are thousands of studies showing how simply thinking and reacting can affect your immune system (ie: causing a dip in your frequency if these things are negative)
💪 Exercise.... not only does it raise your body's frequency, it also helps repair your mitochondria and lengthen telomeres (an important part to health and aging with grace and ease).
🍎 LIVING foods.... ditch the processed foods and drinks and reach for foods that actually have an electrical charge to them. Processed foods are dead. They may have calories, but they are not sustaining long term.
🌳 A clean green lifestyle. If you've hung around me for any length of time, you know this is a cornerstone to my life. You don't have to be a farmgirl to have this kind of life either...... Ditch the common chemicals in your life that drop your frequency faster than a 20lb kettleball hits the floor, and begin using clean green household cleaners, body care products, and makeup. I personally only use Young Living because it's one stop shopping for all these things and I trust them and their ingredients 100%. This is one of the fastest ways to begin reversing low frequency bodies.
🌅 Unplug, disconnect, and get out into nature regularly. I spoke in a previous post about 5G (and will speak more about that later), but electromagnetic frequency does a big (negative) number on our own body's electricity. If you want to bring your body's health to a grinding halt, surround yourself with EMF 24/7. Again folks.... this ain't woo woo stuff... this is physics and biology all wrapped up in one.
Nature provides us with a way to rebalance our frequency/electricity. Trees, plants, the magnetism of the earth... it's one of the reasons you feel so good after a day outside or at the beach. Your body's frequency has had a rebound towards health.
Another advantage to having Young Living in your life are the life giving essential oils. Not all oils are the same ya'll.... if you are using ones from Wally World, I guarantee they are polluted... which nullifies their positive effects on body frequency.
My go to YLEO's when I feel the need to raise my frequency?
🌟 Joy and Forgiveness (both essential oil blends with a high frequency rating)
🌟 Rose oil actually has the highest frequency of all essential oils. (it's terribly expensive if you are using the real stuff.... but it should be.... it takes over 200lbs of rose petals to get a bottle of the pure stuff). Thankfully, it is found in many Young Living blends (including Joy and Forgiveness)
🌟 Helichrysum (it's a must have oil for many health reasons). It can be found in Panaway and other blends too.
🌟 Ravensara (this oil is not often thought of).... but interestingly, if you do a little research, you'll find that viruses are particularly not fond of this oil 😉. This oil too is found in many YL blends.
