This past weekend, I co-hosted our 3rd annual Guns 'n Poses (yoga, health and wellness topics, and firearms instruction) event for our YL family. #memberperks Personal self care empowerment comes in many forms and it is something I deeply truly love about the Young Living lifestyle.....thru the application of what we learn from one another, we become more adept at being our own CEO of the temple that is our body.
My teaching topic for the event was frequency and how it relates to fear and how to raise your own frequency should you find it faltering. Fear is one of the lowest frequency emotions.
Here are a few tidbits to chew on:
⚡️ Frequency is a term that measures electricity. It's not hoo hoo stuff... it's physics and biology. If you've ever had an EEG or EKG the frequency of your heart or brain has been measured.
⚡️ Certain emotions drive the body's frequency up or down. High frequency emotions are Joy, Freedom, Love, Empowerment, Happiness, Enthusiasm (and many more). 😃
Low frequency emotions include worry, frustration, doubt, anger, guilt, and others....... including fear. 😱Fear (chronic or acute) is one of the most damaging of all emotions..... especially the chronic variety.
⚡️ Chronic fear is incredibly stressful to the body, and has been found to be equivalent to a pack of cigarettes a day habit.... not a place any of us wants our body to be in. Chronic fear is also quite hard on the immune system.
The Bible says.... over 365 times.... "fear not." We are to have a spirit of power, of love, and of a sound mind. (2 Tim 1:7) This is not simply a suggestion, it's also a health tip. 😉 We need to strive to live within the higher frequency emotions and feelings so that we may retain a sound and strong mind and body.

Quick tips on raising your body's frequency:
⚡️ Work on getting your body more alkaline. (Fear and an acidic body tend to go hand in hand). Low voltage/frequency = low pH
Have you tried Alkalime (YL item #3199) ? It works to settle the belly, but it also gently raises the body's pH.
⚡️ Positive thoughts drive positive emotions. Be kind, especially to yourself. We often tend to be our own worst critic. Words are powerful. Speak to yourself in love. Look into podcasts by Dr. Caroline Leaf if this is a struggle.
⚡️ Exercise! Grab your bottle of Motivation essential oil and use it if exercise is hard for you. The more you do it, the easier it will become. (promise!!)
⚡️ Ditch processed foods and focus on eating foods that have a positive electrical charge... Living whole foods!
⚡️ Make sure you are continuing to remove toxins from your lifestyle. Toxins are frequency zappers! We all have access to the cleanest products on the planet in the way of Thieves Household cleaner, our YL body and skin care products.... not to mention our Savvy Minerals (standard cosmetics are LOADED with toxins).
⚡️ Make sure you spend a little time in nature every single day, and disconnect when you are doing so (disconnect regularly even if you cannot get outside) ! (Leave your phone or laptop indoors while you enjoy the gifts God gave us). Electrically speaking, this is called "grounding".
⚡️ High frequency oils are also very very helpful. Idaho Blue Spruce, Sacred Mountain, Rose, Joy, Forgiveness, Frankincense, Gentle Baby and Helichrysum are all in the higher frequency list. Apply topically or diffuse. Diffusing any of these may be helpful in group situations too. (I call this my stealth happiness tool in group settings)
We are blessed to have all these tools available, making ourselves and our sphere of influence a less stressful, fear reduced environment.
What's your "go to" in times of high stress or fear? I utilize all of the above depending on the situation, but my "go to" oils are Stress Away, Sacred Mountain, and Frankincense.
When I began researching vaccines many years ago, I did a deep dive... going where the majority of pharmacists won't go. When you are trained in the ways in which Big Pharma wants you trained, ideologies become pretty ingrained, and it's hard to think that maybe everything you learned just might not be entirely accurate.
Why do we have such a pandemic with chronic autoimmune disorders and autism? (1 in 5 , and 1 in 54 respectively)
Ask anyone over the age of 50.... mostly the above were considered rare prior to the 90's.
Certainly, it's not ONLY the vaccine industry that's to blame.... but there is assuredly a correlation. The vaccine industry exploded in the early 1990's and children, on average, now receive over 75 vaccinations by the age of 12 if the current schedule is followed.
Glyphosates, processed foods, and other toxic chemicals contribute to this pandemic.
Do you ever wonder why no Amish children have autism?
Vaccine injury is a real thing. It's not that rare. Vaccine manufacturers cannot be sued. They are protected by the government. I don't believe there is another industry in the USA so protected. Why is that?

Had a little boo boo this weekend that ranked on the "stitchable" list.
Anyone could do what I did... assess the situation and then either apply self care, or head to the professionals.
In this case, self care was the definite answer because I had the tools available and no body parts were dangling 😂 #beentheredonethat
Girl scouts used to teach good first aid skills... do they still do that? This is stuff every person should know.... because life happens.
Here is my M.O. in such events:
1. Assess the situation
2. Clean up the wound #wehavetheantibacterialsoapforthat
3. Stop the bleeding #wehaveoilsforthat
4. Apply the nifty bandage #easytobuyandkeeponhand
5. Take extra immune supportive measure (internally and externally for the next 10 days)
I trust my tools I have on hand.... that's half the battle. Poor quality tools will not be your friend. (The other half is not being squeamish about a little blood!)

The Power to Heal Ourselves -
I've been praying for you! Our bodies are so incredibly amazing, aren't they???...... especially when they have the right ingredients to create a recipe for healthy success!
I hear some of you tho.... it may seem so overwhelming to #doallthethings. It was for me too 🙋♀️when I first began realizing I had the personal power to heal on my own 20 years ago.
Remember a few key things:
1. Is your garbage pail full? Stop putting garbage in!!! (evidence of that is nearly all chronic diseases, skin disorders, emotional disorders, etc)..... you've GOT to quit adding toxins to your "household" (ie: body) if you truly want to kickstart the healing process.
2. Start taking the garbage out. This means you are working towards gently detoxing your body. There are many ways to do this, and each way does not serve an person in the same manner. ( 👉 See Step #8!)
3. Sleep. Absolutely crucial that you get 7-8 hours of sleep each night. If you have problems achieving that #.... message me.
4. Exercise. You CAN do this.... there is an exercise program for every single situation. No excuses.
5. Hydration.... by this I mean water. Clean, pure water and lots of it.
6. Mind work.... If you find "taking out the toxins" hard to think about, perhaps focus on the reason why. You are a person of value and worth.💗 Toxins create personal limitations and it is life limiting to allow them to dictate your life and limit your potential! #thisis100percenttrue Loving ourselves enough to treat ourselves with kindness and respect (not in a spirit of enablement) is a HUGE part of self healing both physically and emotionally.
7. Thorough labwork. This is an important piece that often gets overlooked.
8. Find a guide... a scout.... someone who has walked the walk and knows the path well. So much can be done inside the walls of our own homes and thru ZOOM if meeting in person is logistically hard. 💗

Hey Wellness Prepper friends! A month ago, God watered a seed in my soul that had been planted twenty years ago.
If I am nothing more, I am a child of God with a desire to walk in integrity in all that I do and say. I will not waver from that.
In 1991, I graduated from pharmacy school and during the graduation ceremony, I made an oath👩⚕️ that contained parts of the Hippocratic oath to do no harm. My full intention as a pharmacist has always been to help people live fuller and healthier lives. The industry that is pharmacy has changed over the last 30 years, and so have I. The more I have learned in an effort to truly help people heal, the more my integrity became tested.
While there will always be a time and a place for westernized medical care (emergent care immediately comes to mind), until we learn to love ourselves enough to WANT to #dothethings predominately outside the system of Big Pharma, we will never achieve optimal health. Big Pharma does not want that for any of us. Chronic illness is a cash crop with a guaranteed harvest. The harvest is exponentially larger the more medications someone is on. Patients are ultimately a commodity.
For this reason, I have made the decision with my sweet husband's blessing, to step away from corporate pharmacy practice so that I can focus on helping people achieve health in a fully holistic manner. Speaking truth and light freely could only be done by stepping way from a paycheck that was indirectly also a muzzle.
Unmuzzled, I'm now free to fully practice pharmacy in a way that few do.... holistically. I understand the inner workings of how Big Pharma affects the body and mind. I also know that It IS possible to live "outside the system", using allopathic medicine only when absolutely necessary.

Here's my story~
Good morning friends. Looking at information like this article objectively is important. Just because mainstream media chatter doesn't talk about something doesn't mean it isn't true.
The incidence of myelitis (inflammation of the nerve sheath) related disorders and dis-eases has risen significantly over the last several decades both in children and adults.
Not coincidentally, the sheer number of vaccines a mainstream person (someone who has not done their own research and blindly follows ) receives has also increased.
Protecting your health and your child's health is worth digging and researching.
Currently... we still have the health freedom to make choices. Unless we are vigilant, we could lose that freedom fairly easily.
30 years of pharmacy under my belt.... 20 years of that has been spent researching truth versus "the narrative"..... my position puts me in a precarious place.... being told what to tell people by Big Corporate Pharma versus the absolute science that is shushed and buried.
toWell, well, well...... interesting times.
South of the border, it appears Mexico has zeroed in on a big part of the problem. I'm not a fan of the police state in any shape form or fashion, but calling out a disease causing culprit like processed food is about as close to the truth being disclosed as I've seen thus far.
Freedom comes in all shapes and sizes. I'd love to weigh in on this with ya'll.... they've made masks mandatory in so many places. What do you think about banning fast food and processed food? It's not so far fetched, but when is enough enough? What'cha going to do if banning fast and processed food comes to the the USA in the name of "it's good for you" (even tho it IS good for you.... 😉 ). It's still your choice..... for now.
Part III: The power of the mind!
Early in my pharmacy career👩⚕️, I filled a prescription written by an older doctor. I was a young pharmacist, and incredulous at what I was about to fill…… sugar pills. No, they weren’t pills for diabetes. These were flat out simple white pills made of pressed sugar and probably some other inert ingredients. My older co-worker pharmacist told me this particular patient had been getting them for years to help with her anxiety. Oh really? I thought…. This gal must be crazy. (again, the young naive pharmacist waving her newbie flag). Turns out, she wasn’t crazy, and the doctor was brilliant.
The “placebo effect” isn’t a new thing. In fact, it’s been around since Methuselah. The mind is a powerful tool…. More effective than we give it credit for. Hundreds (if not thousands!) of studies confirm that our body responds to what we believe and what we tell ourselves…. Regardless if it's that quiet mind chatter or if we outright talk to ourselves out loud…. our beliefs and our words (spoken or not) shape emotional and sensory perceptions. We truly ARE what we think we are.
Western medicine acknowledges this as a fact, but rarely utilizes it as a way to jump start the healing process. Migraines, pain, arthritis, asthma, allergies, ADHD, high blood pressure, IBS, and depression are just a few dis-eases that have been shown to be responsive to the placebo effect.
Placebo’s aren’t just in pill form either. A 2014 study in Oxford University looked at 53 trials that compared surgical intervention to placebo. In 74% (39 out of 53) of the trials, there was improvement in the placebo surgery.
The placebo effect works in multiple ways. In addition to the psychological aspect of “we are what we think we are”, "believing" also plays an active role within certain neurotransmitter functions…. Including the dopamine, opioid, serotonin, and endocannabinoid (think CBD) systems. In essence, merely believing that you will feel better activates the body into helping you do just that.
Our bodies WANT to heal, and perhaps our minds have just not been taught how to participate!
So if a certain degree of healing can occur simply by teaching someone how to use their own tools available to them (the power of self “prescribed” positive vibes….ie: the physics and biology of frequency!!), why aren’t more western medicine doctors AND insurance companies educating their patients about this? Certainly proper eating habits, hydration, and exercise should be added to this list as well. #chalkituptoprofit
The sad truth is this….. because we are an “insta” country, positivity, slow food, and exercise don’t generally fall into the “insta” bucket of western medicine. Positivity is cultivated by close friendships and/or family with a healthy portion of gratitude and kindness, and dare I say it… a faith that produces peace that passes all understanding. It is a learned character trait that ANYONE can master should they desire to do so.
Western medicine should be our safety net, not a quick fix.
Mind over matter… matters.

Part II: But first…. A history lesson!
How can it be, that we… citizens of the USA 🇺🇸…., with practically unlimited access to western medicine, are currently among the sickest in the world? 😷😭 Study after study supports the same conclusion…
💰💰💰We spend more on healthcare for worse health outcomes than comparable countries around the world, regardless of age or income.💰💰💰
Part of the problem is the belief in the “insta” system, and how it applies to the healthcare industry.. Americans expect to go to a doctor and receive a prescription for “something”, and they are dissatisfied if the doctor sends them away without one. (not all problems are solved by pills!)
It is no longer surprising to me when a patient can neither tell me the name of their medication or even what it’s for when I talk to them at the pharmacy. They just need a refill of their “little yellow pill”. #blindtrust 😳
When we have 20% of US citizens on 5 or more prescription medications a day (often written by more than one physician), the odds of drug interactions goes up considerably. The odds of side effects and deficiencies rises exponentially as well. #playingwithfire
Prescription drug errors kill more than 100,000 Americans a year, and medical error is the 3rd most leading cause of death in the United States (3rd only to heart disease and cancer… two largely “preventable by lifestyle” diseases). An estimated 1.5 million people die each year from these top 3 causes.
Now that’s a pandemic worthy of being called a pandemic!
We forget that regardless of our heritage, our forefathers (and fore-mama’s) used tools from nature. 🌿 The most dangerous part of living was to make it from infancy to puberty. The dangers of infancy and childhood stemmed more from malnutrition and poor sanitation than anything else with the exception of actual childbirth (a high risk situation for both mother and child).
Our ancestors were not of the “insta” world, and they were loaded with practical knowledge, intelligence, and common sense. #theoriginalsurvivors They understood that wounds and injuries (visible or not) took time to heal. They also passed down healing “recipes” from generation to generation. Scientific studies (thousands of them) now provide evidence of the mechanism of action of these herbal remedies. 🌿 Many cultures also understood that emotions were, more often than not, tied to specific illnesses. (ex: Grief is often a harbinger of lung dis-ease if not dealt with properly)..... not because of superstition but because of biology and physics.
So what happened? How did we manage to lose all of this very important information? We know we live in a “need it now” world where “fast medicine” is king. Where did “slow” medicine go, and how and why did it nearly disappear?
Have you ever heard of a guy named John D Rockefeller? He was an oil tycoon in the early 1900’s who, at one time, controlled 90% of our country’s oil.
Rockefeller was arguably the wealthiest man in the world in his time. 💰💰💰💰💰💰Rockefeller and Andrew Carnegie (another tycoon of the era) had money, and they wanted more. These two men were well aware of the many healing modalities in existence in the very early 1900’s. Chiropractic care, naturopathy, homeopathy, holistic care (the most common of all) nurtured mind, body (using common to the area plants), and spirit (The USA was a strong Christian nation back then, and faith was infused into all aspects of life 🙏).
Abraham Flexner (who was neither a physician or a medical scientist) was hired by Carnegie and Rockefeller. He was a former school teacher with specialized training in psychology.
Flexner produced a report (known as Carnegie Foundation Bulletin Number Four or "The Flexner Report") that was submitted to Congress in 1910. The report concluded that (among other things) all the natural healing modalities (which have been around since before Jesus!) were unscientific quackery and should be outlawed. It also called for the standardization of medical education, allowing only allopathic (patented medicine and medicine practiced in a modern “westernized” fashion) based medical licenses to be issued. It was a tremendous blow to naturally based medicine that is still felt to this day in the USA. 😭
Why would this be an important piece of history? Well, Rockefeller wanted more control of the medical world, and he wanted to sell the “new fangled” patented pharmaceutical drugs 💊(which coincidentally had a petroleum base). The problem was that nearly everyone was comfortable using their versions of “slow” medicine all over the country. Plant based therapeutics are not patent-able, and Rockefeller knew that in order to control the pharmaceutical industry, he would need to put the kibosh on natural remedies. The Flexner Report achieved this purpose, and nearly overnight, people had no choice but to move from “slow” medicine to “fast” medicine, and doctors had no choice but to abide by the new rules or risk being jailed or losing their license. Sadly, this is still the case today. #controlfoodandhealthandyoucontrolthepeople
Most history books paint this event in a different light. I remember reading about it in pharmacy school 30 years ago, and (in the naivety of my tender college years) thought it was quite an achievement to have so quickly modernized medicine. I just didn’t realize back then that most commonly published history is slanted towards the victors, and therefore doesn’t always reflect the entire truth.
This history is important as a segue to learning how to heal properly.

Modern medicine IS our friend. Make no mistake about that. Like humpty dumpty…. We cumulatively get “put back together again” about 234 million times a year (major surgeries). But that’s not all that goes down in the annals of modern medicine. An estimated 4.38 BILLION prescriptions 💊 get filled annually in the USA. ( 20 percent of Americans take at least 5 prescription drugs daily)
That’s a bucket load of modern medicine for anyone’s book. Can too much of a good thing like modern medicine, be too much?
Our world has turned into a place of “insta” ….-gram, -pot, -cart, -gratification, -weightloss, etc. We want the “stuff” but not the work.
The pharmacy world has the capability to work that way too… “insta-relief”, “insta-I’mnotgonnadiefromabloodclot, “insta-birthcontrol” etc..... BUT adopting a quick fix via pharmaceuticals for the long term solution will rarely end well for those who pursue it and make no effort to fix the root problems at hand. #thisiswhyIdowhatIdo
💊How can it possibly work for a diabetic who continues to destroy their body slowly with excess sugar and carbs, yet feels their disease is “under control” because they are medicated?
💊 What is someone’s muscularly weak spine going to look like in the long term…. When they opt for opioid or steroid pain relief instead of yoga, supplements that support proper inflammatory response, diet, and chiro or acupuncture care?
💊Medicating long term will ALWAYS come with side effects. Medications are built that way because they are imperfect. Side effects are most often the result of a caused deficiency from the very medication designed to “fix” something. What kind of deficiency you may ask? Well… that depends on the medication. It could be a vitamin, a mineral, a hormone, an enzyme…. Or even a multitude of these…. And sadly, THIS is not taught well in pharmacy, medical, or nursing school.
💊Addictions…. According to web.md, roughly 20% of the US population has (or is currently) abusing prescription meds. It can happen so fast, and even to the best of people. I’ve seen it more times than I care to think about in my 30 years of pharmacy. Innocent addiction.
💊Antibiotic resistance…. Over use and improper use of antibiotics has led to this. The result? We have a LARGE problem on our collective hands…. Super bugs that are harder to kill.
Yes, we have definitely benefited from modern medicine. But just like anything else, is too much of a good thing possible in health care? You can bet your health savings account on it! 💰And is there anything we can do about it? You bet your insurance policy there is! 💰
