Feet: Part III... Health from the ground up!
I’ve got a question for you…… when was the last time you went barefoot 👣…..outside…. and on the regular? If you’ve never been one to go barefoot, this may be an important clue for your foot health AND your overall physical and emotional wellbeing.
Certainly you’ve heard the terminology, “He (or she) is well grounded.” What does being “well grounded” feel like? Here’s the clue….”Well groundedness” is the feeling of being VIBRANTLY healthy!
Calm. Cool. Collected.
Does this sound like you? If not, a little regular “grounding” is good medicine for everyone!
What is grounding? Grounding is direct contact of the skin, usually the feet (or hands) with the surface of the earth (or through a grounding system). Grounding is a method of healing that has been used for thousands of years all over the world. Sadly, in industrialized cultures, it has mostly been ignored or forgotten.
Very simply…. the earth 🌎is electromagnetic and so are we! We are designed by God to live exposed to the earth’s natural electrical field regularly. Unfortunately, most of the industrialized countries live more surrounded by stronger, harmful man made electromagnetic frequencies, and spend very little time in direct contact with the healing frequencies from the earth. Long term exposure to manmade EMF without grounding regularly ultimately contributes mightily to many health issues…. especially those that are neurological, cardiovascular, muscular, or immune system based. 😔 I would argue that one of the most electrically unhealthy places to be is in a hospital bed surrounded by electrical devices.
Decades ago, shoes were leather soled. This allowed the transfer of the earth’s healing energy to a person. Rubber and plastic on the other hand are insulators and inhibit the transfer of energy. Centuries ago, most people slept on pallets on the ground. Many cultures today still do…. but rarely in modernized countries. Sadly, in some areas of the world, people go for days or weeks never interacting with nature, much less going barefoot IN a natural setting.
There’s definitely a time and a place for shoes, but as in all things, finding balance between booted and barefoot is where we often fail. Over the centuries, shoes👠👟 have both solved problems and created them. I am a firm believer that God did indeed give us all we needed in the garden, which means there had to be a simple solution to foot health outside of a pair of $200 orthotics. Indeed, God created us to be predominately barefooted beings and science agrees!
Proven health benefits of regular “grounding” include:

How to practice grounding?👣 It’s so very easy! Soil, grass, sand, rocks, or unpainted concrete are all conductive grounding surfaces, while wood, asphalt, rubber, and vinyl are not. Grab a book, a friend, or simply enjoy sitting and relaxing in the outdoors barefoot. Go for a walk on a beach. Garden with your bare hands. Sit in a chair with your bare feet on the ground. Leave your electronics indoors! ….. Remember, the object is to rebalance the body’s electricity. It’s much harder to do that if you’ve got a cell phone in your hands!
*Studies show that a mere 30 minutes a day of grounding has a profound effect on overall wellness!
Additionally, simply walking barefoot:
➡️Trains the body to walk more naturally
➡️Improves body balance
➡️As in reflexology, pressure points in the feet are activated
➡️Strengthens foot and leg muscles (engages all muscles in feet, toes, and legs instead of relying on shoes to do it for you)
➡️Reduced hip and knee pain
➡️Reduces incidence of calluses, ingrown toenails, bunions, hammer toes and foot funk fungus
➡️Improves foot flexibility
Grounding and barefoot walking are two gifts of health we can give ourselves easily and inexpensively. If at first your feet object to freedom, consider simply sitting with your feet in the grass (don’t forget to use Young Living’s MOST AMAZING nontoxic Insect Repellent… a little dab'll do ya’!). If your feet have been screaming for years, be patient with the process, but don’t give up!

When mainstream universities start publishing news like this, it's a harbinger of truth that bears noting. Please, do all the things you can do to protect yourself from your cell phone radiation. One of the biggest things is to keep the phone away from your head. Frequency (the measured electrical vibration of something) is often a hard concept to grasp. I have studied it pretty extensively over the last few years because understanding how frequency affects us as people, is key to vibrant health. Literally, it can make or break you.

Good morning! As I stated in the post yesterday, when I decided to investigate frequency, I needed to be able to understand it in a way my science, and Christian ❤️ could understand it. I felt it was true, but frequency has gotten a bad rap for so long because it was embraced decades ago by the new age movement.... but God is the creator of ALL things, right? He is the origin of everything...... including vibrational frequency!

Today I want to talk about the Biblical principles of frequency. I'm not sure how many times our personal bodies are referred to as a temple, but the references are numerous!
✝️ I Cor 3:16-17 Do you not know that you are the Temple of the Holy Spirit who lives within you? If you defile the temple, you will be wasted and lose strength. For the Temple of God is holy, whose Temple you are.
If we have Christ in our hearts, we ARE the Temple.
Within that Temple (our body) is a lampstand. The Bible references the lampstand hundreds of times. The lampstand (sometimes called a menorah) has 7 candlesticks.
✝️ Exodus 25: 31-32 The Menorah shall be of one piece, and so too, its shaft (the center piece) and 3 branches on one side and 3 branches on the other side.
Additionally, God commanded that the 7 candlestick menorah be tended to daily:
✝️ Exodus 30: 7-8 And Aaron shall burn on it, sweet incense every morning; when he tends the lamps, he shall burn incense on it. And when Aaron lights the lamps at evening, he shall burn incense upon it, a perpetual incense before the Lord throughout your generations.
We are God's Temple! 🙌🙌🙌
We have to take care of that Temple or we will be wasted and lose strength.
We shall not defile the Temple (removing toxic thoughts, chemicals, and deeds)
There is a 7 candlestick menorah within the Temple (that is us). The shaft of the candlestick is our heart, and the other 6 are looping energy circuits in the body which I will discuss in a later post.
Notice the amount of time the Temple is to be filled with fragrant incense (think frankincense, myrrh, onycha, galbanum.... the oils of the Bible).... DAILY... at the very least, morning and night.
We are to take care of ourselves AND our personal lampstand needs to stay lit! (full of light, joy, and hope)
Furthermore, the 6 loops (of energy circuits) are commonly broken down into 12 electrical pathways within us. If you have ever used an acupuncturist, you may recognize the term "meridian". Interestingly, we have 12 of them... Just like there are.....

Ya'll, we are very much a Temple designed by God so that He may live in us. Our very physical structure looks strikingly similar to the original Temple of the Old Testament. And our electrical circuitry in our body (which I will discuss in greater detail later) is very much likened to the 7 candlestick lampstand.
Nothing is by chance. We are designed to remain lit!
Hey family! I've been working on building a class on frequency and am almost done with it..... can't wait to share with you guys!
This post, however, is not about frequency, but it's a topic very relevant to the application of frequency patterns in our bodies and our oils.
The graphic I posted below shows our major organs and their "counterpart" organs. Some of the verbiage might not be familiar to you so here's a quick explanation:
The word "sex" refers to ovaries, uterus (women) or prostate and testes (men).
The words "triple warmer" refers to the adrenals, pituitary, and thyroid.
⏰ According to Eastern medicine principles, paying close attention to the time of day you are having symptoms is often key. Symptoms like regular headaches at a certain time of day, sudden sleepiness, or waking up at a specific time of night every night etc...... If you are having some fairly consistent symptoms at around the same time every day, you can be pretty certain that you have a problem with the organ that is dominant at that time, OR its opposite (counterpart) organ.
The theory (officially called "The Midday / Midnight law") behind this is this: when an organ is receiving its "recharge" energy, its counterpart organ is resting (and vice versa)..... twelve hours later, the opposite organ will get its recharge.
So, say you have a thyroid imbalance (that's Triple Warmer, remember?).... The best time to take your Thyromin or apply your thyroid nourishing oils ( like EndoFlex, Ledum, or Myrtle for example) would be from 9-11pm OR from 9-11am.
If your organ in question "drew the biological short straw" and its time is in the middle of the night (poor liver and lungs!).... you can look at the counterpart organ and show that organ some extra special love during its recharging time.
In the case of the Lung (3-5am),..... you'd want to do some serious tenting at the biologically most active time (see the bladder (3-5pm) when you're most likely to be awake.
We have utilized this in Dolphin Mps (a type of non invasive acupuncture point based therapy) taught by our very own amazing Tonya Sauls. Vitaflex points are useful too when you are trying to be very specific in your application of oils.
Really, this would all be most relevant if you have a chronic situation going on in a specific location. ANNNNNNND, this of course doesn't mean to limit your attention to it only during that time. Au contrare... simply focus a bit more during the times of most electrically charged activity. 😉

Mornin' friends! I thought I'd unpack some of my frequency notes after Saturday's video (which I will link at the bottom of this post.) I know much of what I discussed may have been brand new, foreign concepts, or pretty sciencey to some of you. To keep it from being overwhelming, I will unpack what I talked about throughout this week.
Understanding frequency is super important on many levels. I didn't understand it myself when I became interested in essential oils, and because I didn't understand it, I immediately went "there" in my brain. It sounded "woo woo" to me, and I am NOT into "woo woo".
I'm a strong Christian ✝️ with a science mind, so "woo woo" doesn't jive with my brain and heart ❤️.
Let's first start with some foundational science:
Everything in the world and in the sky is made of matter.... humans, koala bears, rocks, clouds, cars, plants, etc. E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G.
Matter is made up of positively charged protons, neutral neutrons, and negatively charged electrons.
In short....."We Matter!" 😉
And these protons, neutrons, and electrons all vibrate...
Frequency is the measure of this vibration. It's measured in the number of changes per second. That measurement is called hertz (Hz). That term may be familiar to you if you took physics or have a little experience dabbling in electricity.
EVERYTHING has a frequency just like everything is made up of matter.
The health of the human body is determined by where we are electrically.
Certain body parts are measured electrically or electromagnetically (think EEG's and EKG's and MRI's)...in essence, these tests are measuring some very specific frequencies in the body.
Overall, it is generally established that our body needs to be at a variable frequency between 62-72 MHz to be healthy.
Dis-ease begins at 58 MHz.
Matter. Energy. Vibration. Frequency.
In short....."We Matter!" 😉... and because " we matter.... frequency is a very very important thing to our well-being!

Today I want to talk a little bit about the electromagnetic blanket that covers our earth. 🌎
This “blanket” is a set of very low frequency electromagnetic waves. It is monitored by NASA and other organizations because the EMF’s (electromagnetic frequency) affects things like weather, earthquakes, and planetary sky events. ⚡️ Imagine that!! If small changes in these low EMF’s can affect the weather and be a contributing factor to an earthquake, do you see how the small changes can also affect us humans too?
A few more facts:
👉The base electromagnetic resonant frequency is 7.83Hz. This frequency was discovered by a physicist Winfried O. Schumann in 1952. This is why it’s called Schumann Resonance!
👉Coincidentally, 7.83Hz is also the ‘Alpha’ brainwave spectrum…. A relaxed and meditative (prayer) type of brainwave ( seen in EEG brainwave monitoring)
👉In 1954 Dr. Herbert Konig (University of Munich) discovered / proved that there was a correlation between the earth’s frequency and brain waves (by comparing EEG recordings with natural EMF’s of the environment)
👉Humans vibrate (energy…. frequency) between 5-10Hz
👉There was a 25 year study in Germany (1964 thru 1989) in a “bunker” environment… a total of 418 studies on 447 people.. Humans were shielded from any external time cues including variations in light, temperature and electromagnetic fields.
Findings from these studies?
“spontaneous internal desynchronization” affecting endocrine function & thyroid function depression, anxiety, and other mental health disorders began to arise.
A decrease in melatonin production
Immune systems were compromised.
However, when a machine that resonates at 7.83Hz was placed in the bunker, the subjects found that their malaise and illnesses disappeared or were alleviated.
Based upon this 25 year study, it would appear that swings in solar- geomagnetic activity may truly affect sleep, thyroid, endocrine function, emotional health etc.
This isn’t surprising really…..
Frequency (the electrical activity in the body) is recognized in the western medical world....
We take ELECTROlytes, the electron transport chain (in the mitochondria) keeps us running.... and then there's the common tests: EEG, EKG etc that measure electricity (frequency) in the body.
So, What is a healthy frequency for us?
A healthy human body = 62-72MHz
Dis-ease begins when the body’s frequency drops below 58MHz.

Post #2 Corona Virus 101.... The Facts... let's unpack them, shall we?
NOTHING is secure about the statistics being presented.... NOTHING.
Current stats as of Friday 3/6/2020.......
101,714 confirmed cases and 3,461 deaths from the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak as of March 06, 2020, 18:05 GMT….. remembering that this doesn’t even include mild cases that haven’t been tested or were tested with a false negative. If the rational person were to factor in the false negatives AND the mild cases that aren't even tested at all...... the conservative estimate of deaths vs illness would be <0.1%, with most of those deaths having primary serious health issues already. (more on this in a later post).
👉 Fact #2: Corona Virus….. A cousin of the common cold virus with a ground zero in Wuhan China..... although strong evidence suggests that contrary to popular news coverage, this particular virus likely originated in a high security lab at the University of North Carolina several years ago. As is common practice, scientists from another part of the world (Wuhan, China in this case) bought into the research, and took some of the findings back home with them. #thingsthatmakeyougohmmmmmm
Additionally, this particular virus has, within its DNA, the written chimera (ie: a grafting) of an RNA snip of one of the HIV retroviruses.... something that is impossible to achieve in nature. Again,..... #thingsthatmakeyougohmmmmmm
This does NOT mean someone can get HIV from this virus... (so don't go there mentally), but it does indicate manmade tampering and a "gain in functionality" which means the virus transmits more easily than the traditional common cold virus.
FOLLOW THE MONEY: This is a multibillion dollar business (if not trillion).... Approximately 20 companies are vying for the right to make a vaccine..... whomever "wins" will make billions of $$$
👉Fact #3: Don’t compare to 1918 spanish flu or any other historical plague like event…. They were all Pre antibiotics, pre- better hospital care and most importantly.... before we had better hygiene practices.
👉Fact #4 251,000 deaths per year due to errors in medical care, 3rd only to heart disease and cancer.... WHY are we not talking more about THESE things? THIS topic should warrant pandemic alarm.... and all we hear are.
👉Fact #5 National Institutes of Health’s infectious disease chief, Dr. Anthony Fauci, said, “The mortality rate (of Covid 19) looks like 2% to 3% but could be much lower if many mild cases or infections with no symptoms are going undetected.” SARS proved fatal in about 10% of cases. The flu’s mortality rate is only 0.1% btw this year.
👉 Fact #6 Pollution (external and therefore internal) and the role it plays in disease and immune support...China has among the world’s most dangerous air pollution... Ya'll.... have you noticed that even when there isn't a pandemic virus in China, many citizens still wear face masks? Take a look at this link for more info...
👉Fact #7 Smokers.... China, and some of the newer harder hit countries are still heavy smokers. In China, an estimated 354 MILLION people still smoke regularly. #healthhabitsmatter
👉Fact #8 the Germ vs Host Theory
I can't take credit for this well written piece.... but it hits a homerun in truth and it's THE reason I implement toxin free living suggestions in my health coaching. Either you are or you are not living this way. There really isn't much of a gray area here.
"The big difference between the two is this: If your garbage piles up in your home for weeks or years, you will invite pests, rats, cockroaches, mice, ants…all sorts of unfavorables to your home. The Germ Theory states we need to continually bring something in to kill the pests, while the host theory states, “Hey, how about we take out the garbage?”
Dr. Julian Baldor, a surgeon, in a speech before the Florida League of Human Progress, talked about Dr. Bechamp as one of the greatest scientists of all time. He said, “Dr. Bechamp proved that our bodies become hosts to a germ only after chemical and mechanical changes have damaged our system and that as long as our bodies and tissues retain a high vitality and resistance, a germ, infection or disease will not make progress. Furthermore, the disease organism will not survive after its entrance into a healthy organism. For example, we see flies on a manure pile, and other parasites also. Some of these parasites may be dangerous and capable of producing disease under favorable circumstances. If, however, we remove the pile of manure, the parasites disappear at the same time. Which do you think is the more intelligent: To fight disease by swatting flies or removing the pile of manure?”
Pasteur was better connected, more well-spoken, and wealthier than Bechamp. When it came down to it, these proved to his advantage when their two scientific papers went up against each other. Pasteur won out, paving the way for the Germ Theory to gain in popularity. Bechamp fell into disfavor and his books listed on the Index of Librorum Prohibitorum (the index of books prohibited by the Catholic Church)."

👉Fact #9 ...5G - What in the world? What does faster stronger cell phone reception have to do with the virus? This topic is for another post another day.... but understand this.... regular exposure to 5G very much has MUCH to do with how easily people contract a virus or bacteria. Wuhan was one of the first countries to roll out 5G and they have over 10,000 cell phone towers in their city. The citizens of the city simply cannot get out from under that radio frequency.... that frequency affects us at a cellular level. POST #3 Corona Virus 101.... Demographics
Based upon current info, this is what we can safely deduce...
👉 Most cases are hitting ages 30-79 years old, But the fatality rate was 14.8% in people 80 or older, likely reflecting the presence of other diseases, a weaker immune system.... LONGER EXPOSURE to pollution, toxins, and cigarettes or simply worse overall health. (see how this might skew the above overall stats?)
👉 Virus symptoms appear to be mild in ~80% of cases in children (a group not at risk!.... perhaps in part because they have had less exposure in their short lives to pollution, toxins, and cigarettes?)
👉 Pregnant mamas? Info gleaned in a small group study revealed that the virus appears to be more mild in pregnancy…. But mamas can transmit to their babies. As for the mothers, “Covid-19 seems not to be especially severe in pregnant women, at least based on the small number in this study,” the scientists wrote. Well this is good news! I might also add that pregnant women in China know enough about 5G that they wear special clothing to protect their unborn children. A bit further digging (and a tiny bunny 🐰trail!), and I found that you can buy radiation protective clothing here in the US too!
👉 Personally, my greatest concern lies within this last group.... the immuno-compromised. 👈These people ... these are the ones that are going to need all of our help. The virus is real, and although it does appear to be relatively mild if you are a healthy individual and are taking care of yourself, but the reality is that we have ALOT of unhealthy people in our world. Who would qualify as immunocompromised? According to the CDC.... that would include:
Cancer & Transplant Patients
Rare inherited diseases that affect the immune system
(that's pretty much their list 😳 )
My list of those who might qualify as being immunocompromised is quite a bit longer.... We here in the USA have been encouraged to be vaccinated against pretty much everything under the sun, and yet, we are one of the sickest first world countries in the world. #truthbomb This is another topic I have plans to discuss at some point... not now. But my concerns are on point. Really, anyone who is diabetic, has heart disease, compromised pulmonary function, an autoimmune disorder that is not well managed.... if you know anyone in these categories, I encourage you to encourage them to #dothethings that will help boost their immune systems.
There's no time like the present to start boosting your immunity now. Details to come beyond what I'm about to write.... but let's simply start today with the basics:
1.🍗🍖 Fresh (not processed) foods
2. Clean filtered water (not soft drinks, junk juice etc)
3. Regular exercise
4.☠️🍞🍟🍭🎂🍩💉☢️☣️Remove as much of the toxin load as possible in food, beverages, household cleaners, synthetic air fresheners, body care products, and even cosmetics and replace these things with immune system boosting products whenever possible, or at the very least "green and healthy" products.
